Description                              :
	According to SET's announcement of the listed companies that may be subject to 
possible delisting, there are 3 listed companies that the elimination of grounds
for delisting periods concerning financial positions are almost due (details as
attached in PDF File). The SET hereby notifies 3 listed companies to urgently
eliminate the grounds for delisting within the due date. If the listed companies
are unable to eliminate the grounds for delisting within specified period, the
SET will propose to the SET's Board of Governors to consider delisting the
securities of the listed companies accordingly.
